On telling humans what to think and how to behave

God does not speak to humanity through the means of religion which is nothing more and nothing less than a mindfulness of things created entirely through the use of rumor.

One fanatic is all that is needed to proclaim how what is only a metaphor somehow “speaks” about how humanity should think and what humanity should think about.

In this way the parent of morality is nothing more than fear; illogical and panic-driven fear.

One aggressive and shameless human bellowing his beliefs is more influential than ninety nine others who keep their thoughts to themselves.

Humanity does not lay the dead to rest absent memories of those now dead who elevated common sense above the shallowness of either/or minded pretenders. Such limited thinkers hide from genuine original creativity and refuse to trust their own ability to think critically.

  1. We always have respect and admiration of the skilled orator, regardless of the message brought forth. Some in power can’t stitch even a few words together coherently. A certain former guy comes to mind. Yet his followers think he’s a god and hang on every misused word. What does that say about the followers? What does that say about our educational system? I think we have been badly shortchanged.
