Consider this gang that can’t shoot straight: True The Vote.
Conspiracy theory group True the Vote claims it was victimized by an “orchestrated hit” after presenting no evidence to support election fraud claims it made in the debunked “2000 Mules” documentary, which alleged the 2020 election was rigged.
So a gnarly Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta ordered the Texas-based organization to present proof of its false claims that illegal ballot stuffing occurred in 2020 and again in a 2021 runoff election in Georgia, where Democrats won both of that state’s Senate seats. The nerve of that judge!
How was this gang that can’t shoot straight cornered?
“True the Vote told Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021 that it possessed “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta.”
As of February 15th True the Vote has offered bupkis, according to the Associated Press.
Donald Trump bawled out in narcissistic terror, claiming True the Vote found evidence of election fraud in 2020. But … according to True the Vote’s attorneys, no such evidence exists. So the Queen of Orange Cheeks wasn’t really coming clean.
In court there are rules that must be followed. True the Vote, a national group devoted to spreading conspiracies about voter fraud received a big come-uppance.
It was a simple request judges make all the time. Prove it. Prove all the innueando nonsense based on the target audience’s ignorance of the law and I-know-a-guy-whose-girlfriend’s-cousin-heard-from-another-guy hearsay.
Of course here come the broadcast stampeders led by Fox News. But … Fox News learned the hard way, to the tune of almost $800 million to not broadcast BS cause there are too many ways to get caught in a lie.
In reality, of course, “2,000 Mules” has beendiscredited.
In the Georgia case, True the Vote had filed a claim with the state in late 2021 alleging that the organization “spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia.” They even said they had one anonymous individual who “admitted to personally participating and provided specific information about the ballot trafficking process.”
Finally, more than two years after its initial complaint — True the Vote admitted it is unable to supply evidence for its charges.
But we are stuck with the “big lie” kept on it’s respirator by the Big Liar himself. It’s now a bona fide Reflublican ideology. And they keep shooting themselves in the foot. Fox New $787.5 million. Smartmatic (voting machines) has a $2.7 billion lawsuit on going. The prince of Reflublican Doofuses, Mr. Giuliani has been ordered to pay $148 million to to Atlanta poll workers.
So here we are, stuck with lies and lying liars who dump them out like a fart in church. We read that about two-thirds of Republican voters say Joe Biden was not legitimately elected president. (The only song the Fired Ex-Pres knows the words to.)
So our own crowd of skeptics is forced to be the adults in the room. The Junior High School Reflublicans just ain’t got it.
The Saga of Crooked Donald 
None of these revolting groups and their messages work without a totally ignorant population willing to swallow the absurdity they peddle. Shame on the voters. The real fault lies with them.
