The first ticket I ever got in Washington State was 1970 in Spokane fer driving in the left lane on a highway where I was the only vehicle within a mile.
But there’s the issue of locale … Ya ain’t lived dangerously until you’ve driven 75 mph in all lanes inside the Salt Lake city limits cause you had no choice.
