These covid-19 briefings could be a lot shorter and more accurately informing if those speakers who toady up to the Leader would leave out the self-congratulation declarations designed to support a re-election campaign.
Frankly, I am so tired of the chestnut cliche “the American people” which they have turned into a trigger phrase that puts minds to sleep.
Note to Trump: Just stand there and limit your whining. No more self-important rambling. Leave the truth-telling to the professionals who know their stuff.
I hear a lot of desperation in his voice, manner and words. He is talking to his base. I wonder how much it has shrunk.
